Our Philosophy: In 1989, Attorney Wing left a partnership in a medium-size firm to establish this firm, where one attorney is responsible for a matter from start to finish.  Clients receive personal attention from their lawyer and our dedicated staff.  Having worked at a medium-size firm, we here at the Law Offices of James C. Wing, Jr., believe this provides a superior service.  This law firm utilizes up-to-date technologies in the service of our clients. 

Lawyers who prepare with the expectation that the case will settle put their clients at a disadvantage.  Our method of complete preparation assures the best presentation of the evidence at trial and increases the likelihood that the opposition will agree to a favorable settlement to avoid trial.
